About this villa rental
Independent single house surrounded by a green residential fenced park with a condominium swimming pool of m. 50x25, with trampoline, grass soccer field and daily presence of the caretaker.
The house, recently renovated and furnished, is composed of 3 bedrooms (with mosquito nets), a bathroom, kitchen complete with everything, with fridge, oven and dishwasher, living room with extendable dining table and 3-seater sofa with ottoman, patio , solarium, garden, laundry, private parking space.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double rooms, one of which is air-conditioned, and a comfortable room with a bunk bed and a single bed.
The patio and the garden, for the exclusive and reserved use of the guests, are protected with private access from prying eyes. The outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) in Vietri ceramic patchwork is equipped with a comfortable seat and completes the decor in a typical Mediterranean style. Guests can also use a table, chairs and outdoor sofas to enjoy wonderful days outdoors.
The park (Iphigenia village) is 3km from the archaeological park of Paestum and 250m from the beautiful blue flag beach of Legambiente.
Paestum is located in a strategic area in the Gulf of Salerno between the Amalfi coast and the Cilento coast. You can reach beautiful places of naturalistic interest such as Capri, Amalfi, Positano, Santa Maria di Castellabate, but also cultural ones such as the palace of Caserta, Pompeii and Herculaneum, Naples and the Carthusian monastery of Padula.
Swimming pool opening: from June 1st to September 15th, from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

Saubere und komplett ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einer sehr gepflegten Appartmentanlage, die Kindern auch außerhalb des Privatgrundstücks genug autofreien Platz zum Toben bietet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war freundlich und unkompliziert. Zu Fuß fünf Minuten zum 12 km langen feinsandigen Strand. Um Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen ist im Oktober (außerhalb der Saison) ein Auto notwendig. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.
