The house consists of a double bedroom, with a double bed, side bedside tables and a large wardrobe, with direct light from a large window; small room with two-storey bunk beds, wardrobe and direct light.
There is a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror, washing machine; the aeration takes place through an electric window that can be opened electrically.
The living room has a masonry kitchenette covered with Vietri style decorated tiles, equipped with kitchen, fridge, table, chairs; there is a window with a view of the sea.
The house has an adjoining garden with a large pine tree, Mediterranean shrubs, flowers and trees typical of the place, ideal for children to play or dine, or organize a meeting with friends.
Then there is a terrace facing the sea protected by a wooden structure and a fabric tent where you can live outside most of your day.
At street level, being the raised house, there is private parking for cars, motorcycles or bicycles.
At the house, starting from the street, you enter through an appropriately large stone staircase, partly covered with beautiful bougainvillea flowers.
For the solar paving there is a masonry staircase that in the lower part forms a small corner with a barrel roof where it is possible to place a sofa.
Mosquito nets are installed on all windows and doors. The windows also open to vasistas.
The electrical system is equipped with regular lifesaving.
There is automatic irrigation system to water the trees and flowers.
