This home offers beautiful open beams in the living and dining area and large windows throughout the home that offer plenty of natural light. During the winter months there is a beautiful un-obscured view of the Moat Mountains which can be enjoyed from the master bedroom as well as the loft. The summer months are just as enjoyable as you are only a short distance from beautiful Pequwaket Beach.

As your vacation begins you step through the doors into a great mudroom where you can leave your skis in the winter or your water toys in the summer. The kitchen, dining and living area are all included in a beautiful open concept design on the main level. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of counter space as well as cupboards, a large sink, dishwasher and small breakfast bar. The living room is tastefully decorated and offers a warm gas fireplace and a large 60” flat screen TV, perfect for a great movie or the big game! Also on the main level you will find a full bath, bedroom with 3 twin size beds (sleeps 3) and a bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2). On the second level of this home you will find an open family room with TV and futon (sleeps 2). Also on the second level is a bedroom with 2 twin beds (sleeps 2), master bath with standup shower and master bedroom (sleeps 2) with gas fireplace. The third level offers a loft-like sleeping space with double bed (sleeps 2), half bath and bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2). Located right above the third floor bedroom you will find the loft with queen bed (sleeps 2) surrounded by large windows offering a picturesque view of the Moat Mountains as well as Pequwaket Pond. Last but not least we head back down to the finished basement, where you will find the game room that features a great pool table that also has a foosball top and ping pong top, some bar stools and a TV. This is a great rental for any time of the year and has a convenient location to all the shops, restaurants and attractions that are here in the Mount Washington Valley!

Check-In: Will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH 03818. Check-in will take place any time after 4:00pm.
