A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! This house was just incredible. Yeah it’s a bit daggy in places, but it was absolutely perfect for our family group of 11 ranging in age from 11yo - 75yo. A full commercial kitchen with every possible cookware, gadget, crockery, cutlery, glassware, appliance - BYO groceries and you’re set. So many activities for all incl pool, heated spa, darts, pool table, lounge areas, bar, even your own beach and koalas in the gum trees! This house made our KI holiday absolutely unforgettable! 5stars, totally recommend!

I booked this house in the first week of school holidays for my children and their families to stay. A big family holiday. House is brilliant and provided an amazing entertaining areas that work well for large groups. Craig the groundsman is very helpful and met us when we arrived, gave a tour of the house, telling us how things worked etc. He also came back to help when phoned, topped up the wood for indoor fire when it turned cold and other little things that made the whole experience fabulous. He is a great source of information and went out of his way to make the stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this house.

We stayed with our extended family to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday (10 people). Although we enjoyed the experience we were disappointed with several things that you expect when you pay premium dollars for holiday accommodation. Unfortunately the hot water wasn’t working for the master bedroom (which we found out had been an ongoing issue prior to our stay) and we had to relocate to another shower which was very inconvenient. The airconditioning wasn’t working at its optimum and wasn’t warm enough. The sauna didn’t heat up to the expected temperature. The electric blankets would have been great if they actually worked. The dishwasher by and large functioned but was a bit tricky and temperamental to operate. Some basic food items which should have been there for a property of this price, like ground salt and pepper were not available. Although we had a late checkout, the Wifi cut off at 10am which was extremely inconvenient. We were only given 1 Robe for the master bedroom which had no waist tie and appeared soiled. The BBQ was very small for the size of the accommodation which was limiting for catering. Our caretaker was very helpful and attentive but he was hampered by some of the functional shortcomings of the property which we expected should be at a higher standard with superior attention to detail for the price paid.
