groot zwembad, mooi zicht op de baai. keuken goed uitgerust. mooi en ruim woongedeelte, overdekt terras, centrale ligging om het eiland te verkennen.winkels op wandelafstand.

beide slaapkamers zijn uitgerust met 2 persoonsbedden. voor een gezin met tieners is dit onpraktisch. beter zou zijn dat 1 kamer is voorzien van separate bedden ivm privacy. Sauna en stoombad werkten niet. Ligt dicht bij de landingsbaan dus zowel mooi zicht op inkomende vliegtuigen maar dus ook wat lawaaihinder, al valt dit goed mee.

We loved the location, the view was breathtaking. The villa was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. We especially liked the pool with the option of having it heated, the sauna and the wine cellar. We didn’t have a car and got around easily using Bolt taxis and walking to the local shop. The owner met us at check in and was extremely helpful during our stay

We had such a wonderful stay at this villa — it was even more beautiful than the pictures and completely exceeded our expectations. We stayed with our toddler and had the most relaxing, enjoyable few days. The pool is huge and having it heated made it absolutely perfect. We also loved the Turkish bath and sauna, which made the whole stay feel incredibly luxurious. One of our favourite touches was having our own private viewpoint — the views are simply breathtaking. Our little one especially loved watching the planes fly overhead. The wine cellar was really impressive too, with delicious wines at very reasonable prices. The open-plan living space worked brilliantly for our family, the bedrooms were very comfortable, and every part of the villa felt thoughtfully designed and welcoming. We enjoyed it so much that we actually never left the villa during our four-day stay — there was simply no need to! It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the incredible surroundings. João was a fantastic host throughout — always responsive, helpful, and friendly. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a special stay in Madeira.

The position under the turn of aircraft was if you like it spectacular. It was private , rooms comfortable

The decking on balcony not suitable if you have children as it was tired . I have splinters in left foot and under a nail on right hand Sauna controls damaged . Barbecue is unsafe . Toaster is faulty and television is restricted to pay per channel .it did taint the stay
