    I stayed just 1 night with my daughter as she had exam to go next morning. The staff on duty was friendly & helpful but the experience of the room was horrible! When my daughter went to shower the whole bathroom was flooded as the outlet was clogged! When I complained the staff changed the room. I asked for extra pillow and he went into a store and picked a brown dirty lumpy pillow and i told him this will trigger my asthma but he went to put new case and still gave that . I left it aside as dare not use but only to know all pillows in the room was so brown old lumpy and dirty and hidden in a white pillow case! We then checked the aircond before switching on and it was full of dust not cleaned vents. As the room got warm we on aircond but i had to wear mask as i am allergic to dust. Slept with mask on!! At 3 am there was loud door opening and trying to open the lock at next door for over 30 min!! Then suddenly like something dropped in our bathroom which we were too tired to check as from the time we entered room was bad experience. In the morning we realised the shower head was on the floor!! We had to shower using the pipe and we check out by 6.30am as daughter needed to leave for exam and we also just wanted to get out of the hotel as was really not worth the money. I would claim refund as it was horrible stay! I should have just booked other recommended hotel!
