Superb

Location is close to our favorite beach and tavernas. Rooms were large, clean, washing machine is a plus to make life easier when coming back. Kitchen well equipped. All windows have mosquito nets and sun shields. Sheets and towels enough and changed every three days.

Air conditioning just in the bedroom (which is not an issue if you organize yourself a little bit, e.g. let it run when your are at the beach in the morning, or taverna in the evening). Normally I do not care about WiFi, but when the 3G is very bad (and it is!), than the bad WiFi is very annoying. The two sofas in the living room, when unfolded, have slightly different heights, which make them not very comfortable for an adult. The last two issues fixed will turn the location into almost 10!

Thassos for family

Villa Ana is great if you have small kids. Just in front to house you can find small wild beach with maybe two more couples on it. That beach is ideal location for small babies and 2 years old kids. Neighbors are very friendly. There is no parties around to make noise. Lot of pine trees soround beach and neighborhood. Apartman is clean and Irene who is house manager will help you with everything that you need and you just need to ask her. She is great woman. Also, Panos, owner is great guy and very polite person who will ask you if you are not satisfied with something and he will try to find solution if that’s the case. For Thasos you need to have car and with car everything is close to you. First big beach is around 300 meters and for example Platana beach is 5km from Villa Ana. You can choose to walk or go with car. To cut the long story short, great place for couples and for parents with toddlers and small kids. Apartment have big kitchen, smart TV with Netflix account, AC, big living room and one bedroom. Pet friendly.

Well-equipped, comfortable house

Very nice, new, well equipped house. Almost everything needed for a comfortable stay was available. Friendly host. Cleaning service every three days - great. A bit difficult to find the first time, but the lady picked us up and showed us the way. Great area too.

The two sofas in the living room were a bit uncomfortable to sleep on (the tho halves are a bit uneven), so top mattress might help. There was a wi-fi problem initially, but it was solved after we contacted the manager. No AC in the living room, just in the bedroom. Might be a problem in hot weather, as the AC from the bedroom is not enough for both rooms. A plates rack by the sink and a chopping board would help (I brought my own, as I don't always find these things in rented flats).

Gefallen hat uns die super Betreuung durch Frau Synanidis und ihrem tollen Team. Es wurden sämtliche Beschwerden sofort abgearbeitet bis hin zur Bereitstellung und Umzug in eine andere Wohnung. sofort waren ein Handwerker oder Techniker da, die alles in Ordnung brachten. Dafür unser höchstes Lob.

Dir Darstellung im Internet entspricht leider nicht der brutalen Wahrheit vor Ort. Direkt in 2 meter Entfernung reiht sich über 500 meter lang ein Neubaugebiet , täglicher Bazlärm, bishin zum Bagger dirket vor unserer Haustüre. Das heißt, die eigentlich schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit großer Terasse konnte wir nur stundenweise und am Abend nützen...ansonsten his es, nur das Wete suchen. Wir werden rechtliche Schritte einleiten und unsere Reiseversicherung, sowie unsere Rechtschutzversicherung beauftragen, Schadenersatz zu fordern und einzuklagen. Foto, Film und tonaufzeichnungen sind ausreichend vorhanden, die wir abhängig von Ihrer Antwort gerne im Internet veröffentlichen.
