The staff were so helpful and lovely!
My room was comfy and clean and had everything I needed. Even the aircon was quiet.
Location is trendy, hipster vibes. But more expensive for food places etc but I enjoyed it :)

The breakfast was subpar, also the cleaning could’ve been better, had a layer of dust on one of the bedside tables and there were cobwebs in the bathroom

It was a historical place with high ceilings, one of the architectural types of old Tbilisi, but it had been renovated while preserving the historical texture. This is something I prefer. The staff were very good. The cleanliness was very good. The street where the property was located was calm and peaceful. The street where the property was located was calm and peaceful. I may stay again.
The beds could be better. In an accommodation, the most important item is the bed. There are disturbing stains/discolorations around the edges of the shower trays. Normally, the property is on a quiet street, but the sounds of the neighboring rooms opening and closing can be heard. The rooms also do not have complete sound insulation.

The room was nice and clean and in a quiet location. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok.
We were let to check in early but later were asked to pay for it. Had they told it initially we would prefer to wait and not check in. We basically just left the luggage and left, didn’t even stay there until much later after the normal check in time but had to pay for it. Not a very nice experience. Will not return.
The buffet and cleaning stuff was lovely though.
