Downtown Bungalow- 2 bedroom

Bedroom spaces for the four of us. Convenient locale. Clean.

No railings or landscaping outside.

Laid back atmosphere on arrival, communal laundry was easily accessible. Kitchen was well enough outfitted.

It was in a quiet area, spacious, clean, equipped with all necessary kitchen things, easy to get to.

The bathtub plug did not work. And the beds squeaked due to their old frame. There could be a lamp in he living room too so you don’t have to have a full light in when in that room.

Roomy. Good location. Close to Utah Shakespeare festival

No hand rail at entry steps. No landscaping so front of property looked unkempt. The AC did not work. The inside of the house was 89 degrees. We bought fans to try to stay cool. They offered to fix the AC but did not until I'm guessing after we left. Not sure if it's fixed. They did bring us a window ac unit but all the windows were sealed shut so they could only set up in one room. That room did not get cold. You had to stand immediately in front of the AC to get any cool and none of the cool made it to any of the rooms. They were very nice about everything but if you're gonna have a rental like this and advertise air air-conditioning, especially in 90 and 100° weather, you need to come through.
