We are excited to welcome you to our home and hope your stay will be everything you expect. The apartment is an excellent two bedroom walk-in basement that is separate from the primary living space. We have all the amenities for a comfortable stay and we know you will love the neighborhood and surrounding attractions.
Located only a few blocks from main street, you will have quick access to great restaurants, a grocery store, and downtown Cedar City. Whether you are visiting for the Shakespeare festival, Utah Summer Games, a ski vacation, or any other reason, we know you will love staying in our apartment.
Includes a queen bed in both bedrooms and a roll away twin if you need it.
Apartment also includes parking for up to 4 vehicles and has a car port for 1.

Wonderful owners. Basement apartment with its own entrance. Parking is coveredKitchen is well stocked with pot/pans utensils and appliances. Full size fridge and oven. Full size washer and dryer. Beds are very comfortable. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for my husband and I. We were passing through the area and really enjoyed our stay. When we travel out this way again we will definitely stay here again! Thanks so much for sharing your home! You went above and beyond for us and we ate grateful.

Basement apartment. There were kids playing in the backyard but all the windows had curtains so that wasn't a problem. The family upstairs was very quiet. My biggest complaint is that it was very thin one ply toilet paper, but if that's my biggest complaint I think we're okay!

Good space for what we needed. Since it is a basement apartment, there are some sounds from the family living above, but overall a good place to stay.
