About this house rental
Lovely vacation house with immediate access to a private beach. It is a 2 level house. At the second level, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a balcony where you can eat while enjoying the sea breeze. The lower level has a cosy country kitchen and a spacious lounge with a dining area for 5 people plus a small bathroom. There are a fireplace and heating available for the winter. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances for vacation plus kitchenware. Pillows and bed sheets are included. The house has a big, lovely, children-friendly garden with flowers and grass which leads directly to the sea from a private door and to a beach pavilion where you can sunbath and relax. There is also a porch where you can eat and enjoy the garden. The house is protected from the sun & the interior temperature is pleasant. Wifi and TV are available. Secure parking space for 2 cars available. Fireplace and heating are available for the winter.

We stayed for two weeks and had a great time. Nice House, beautiful garden, fine little beach, quiet village (in June). The owners are extremely friendly and nice people, we liked them very much.
The Garden is the Highlight. We enjoyed every minute!

The location, garden and property delivered everything we’d hoped for.
The host Niki could not had been more kind and helpful, providing us with fresh produce from the garden and eggs from her chickens. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and more, including fresh herbs, olive oil, honey and jam. We received such a warm welcome with so much generous and kindness.
The beautifully maintain garden was like paradise, with fruit trees and colourful flowers and several areas for sunbathing and eating outside. The prize aspect was the gate at the end of the garden to the beach and swimming in the warm water of the Messinian Gulf. A paddle board and sea kayak was all we needed for entertainment. The house is a short walk from Agios Andrea village with its small harbour, handful if restaurant ants, coffee shops and mini-markets.

We spent two weeks in Agios Andreas in June 2018.We are a family with two daughters 12 and 16 years old.The equipment of the house is above standard, including a beautiful flowering garden. For Central is very nice to mold the juice from oranges, which he had picked.Fresh home-grown vegetables and eggs from Mrs. Niki were available throughout the stay. We felt like visiting our family. Beach near the house is almost private, to dinner or in the morning to the bakery can be reached along the beach.One of the few places weve visited, where wed like to come back.Thank You once again Ivana with family
