Incredible Weekend!

What a great house with incredible views, space and overall experience. The rooftop and patios were fantastic for morning coffee and evening chats. It had a few variations of appliances which added to the convenience of our time there. Plenty of rooms and space allowed us to choose rooms easily. There was a great amount of kitchenware too, which made mealtimes easy as a family. The hosts were fantastic and communication was excellent.

The TV remote for the upstairs TV doesn't work but otherwise everything was superb! This wasn't an issue and encouraged less screen time for the kiddo.

A great place for adventures

Loved the views and surrounding areas. There were so many fun things to do. Even just being at the house, the yard space was big enough to play in. There's a lovely spot to eat and get drinks right around the corner. Everything was so convenient in every sense, whether that be within the property or beyond. The heated blankets were great as well for the cold nights, and I loved that the beds without heated blankets had warm water bottles, very thoughtful.

Just the TV and radio downstairs weren't working well.

Fabulous spacious and well appointed property in a very quiet part of Voelklip suburb of Hermanus. Great access to the cliff top walk and easy drive into town for restaurants.

The braai facilities were not ideal - needed replair, and it could have been cleaner.

Great location, wonderful views, spacious and very comfortable accommodation, with well equipped kitchen, TV with many channels and an inverter to maintain essential electrics when load shedding occurs

We had some issues with kitchen oven and electrics but these were very quickly resolved by the property’s agents. Perhaps the owners could think about AC in the future for a couple of the bedrooms.

A comfortable convenient family beach house

The upper and lower areas worked well for us. Kitchen filities and equipment very good. A short walk to the beach was great.

Photos misleading. There is a new build right in front of property with workers currently busy. Blocks view of ocean, and during the day no privacy. Main bedroom en suite hand towel rail needs fixing to wall properly Sliding glass door onto upper balcony needs safety stickers! Most of us walked into the closed glass door, before realising it was there.

What turned us off the property is the blocked shower drain and the very old pots and pans in the kitchen. They unfortunately need replacing as they are dragging the property down.

Excellent exactly plus what we were hoping for when we made the booking. Rental agent was excellent

Location was excellent. We were looking for a property that can accommodate 9 people of which 7 were from Ireland. We wanted to show off our beautiful country and at the same time return to a comfortable "home" after a long day trip. The property ticked all our requirement boxes plus. It was like home from home. The garage was big enough to accommodate the 11 seater bus that we used. We will rent this property again.

The outside BBQ is aging and will require refurbishment soon. The property needs a deep cleaning to bring it up to the standard that it dictates for a property of this quality. This is positive crit and did not distract from our the quality of our stay.

Brilliantly located with a very short walk to the beach. The home was lavishly furnished with all appliances, and conveniences one would expect and more. The huge garden is a perfect playground for my grandkids. Wonderful 360deg vistas.

A super spacious modern home that easily accommodates a large number of people

Easy access and friendly reception. A quick call preceded by sms to advise collection procedure. Spacious house that easily accommodate 12 people without feeling like there were so many people on the house. A problem with the geyser was sorted out promptly upon calling.

The mattresses were not the most comfortable.
