A tulajdonos hölgy fogadott, a lakást gyorsan át lehetett venni. Szép, tiszta, barátságos, jól felszerelt lakás, erkélyre minden szobából ki lehet jutni, a hálószobák utcára néznek, a konyha és a nappali hegyre néz. A lakás jól szellőztethető. 5 perc a vonatállomás, 10 perc séta a tengerpart, éttermek is közelben.
A szállás alatt egy bár üzemel, ami éjfél után is zajos volt, így a pihenést zavarta.
