About this house rental
This cottage is located 2 blocks from M28 and the Casino in Christmas MI. Public beach is within a mile and Pictured Rocks is only a 10 minute drive. There are two bedrooms (both Queen beds) and two full bathrooms. The couch does fold out for additional sleeping. One bathroom is a nice full sized master bath, and the other bathroom is small, it has a bathtub/shower, toilet and sink that is clean and functional, but very small. (did I mention it's small? ) The Living room is spacious and has seating for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked as any normal home would be, including pots and pans, plates, utensils etc.... It includes everything one would need to cook for 6 people. All linens are included, (sheets, pillows, blankets, towels) Paper towels and toilet paper, gas grill with propane, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and softener as well as coffee filters for our regular drip coffee maker. We don't provide toiletries.
The home has a furnace and air conditioning to keep you comfortable. Easy access to everything in our area. Cabin is perfect for guests looking to have a home base centrally located to all our area has to offer. Wifi is provided. There is a garage in the pictures that is on the cabins property, (which you park in front of) however, it is not available for your use, sorry. There is not much yard at this property and out front , not much either.
ATV riders will appreciate the close proximity to the trail and gas station. For those looking to hike, bike and kayak, the trails and waterfalls are within 20 minutes and the river is just blocks away. Pictured Rocks Cruise is 10 minutes away.
In response to reviews, I feel it necessary to point out the following:
One of the two bathrooms is very small, please do not expect it to be big, as it is small like stated. It is a fully functioning bathroom, but it is small. Like small.....
The Cabin WILL sleep up to 6, but you do need to tell us you are actually going to be bringing the amount of people you intend to bring. We setup the cabin for the number of guests provided to us. For example, if you say 4 guests, we will set it up for 4, if you say 4 and bring 6, then don't expect accommodations for 6.
The cabin is closed during the winter, it is very possible that you may have a hint of "mustinesss" , especially during the spring. I assure you, that does not make this place unclean, it's just inevitable when you close a home up for 7 months and it can't breathe. If the potential for "musty" offends you, please book something else that will not offend you.

All in all, please don't review us less because of these things. We don't deserve less a star because you were unhappy about something you should be aware of before booking.

It worked good for us. Good location. Hey, there's a small b-room. Haha. It works. And there's a full sizer as well. Great to have the extra b-room for getting ready or making deposits. So please, the owner states this in description of 2nd b-room, easy on the inconvenience on review. Lol. Fully stacked kitchen, laundry room, 10 min to Munising, 30 seconds to casino, quiet area tho

Location to pictured rocks was great and the binder of information was very useful! House is definitely dated, carpets are worn and stained. Some of the houses in the neighborhood are…interesting…
