Pearl on the Ijsselmeer with its own pedal boat

We bought our holiday home in 2018 and lovingly renovated and refurbished it.
It is located in the Zuiderzee holiday park near the town of Medemblik, right on the IJsselmeer.
The house has its own jetty. from which you can drive directly into the IJsselmeer with your own boat or borrowed from the park. A small paddle boat is also available.
The house has approximately 100m ² distributed on 2 floors. The open kitchen is on the lower floor.
Whether microwave, gas stove, oven, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, blender, coffee machine, everything is available. This is followed by the spacious living room with wooden flooring. There is a reading corner, a leather sofa, a flat screen TV with Blu Ray Player + DVD films and a games collection. From here there is direct access to the terrace with teak furniture and two teak beds directly on the boat dock.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor via the hallway with cloakroom, guest toilet and HWR.
The floor is completely covered with laminate. There are three bedrooms here. The first bedroom has a double bed 200 x 200, a TV and a wardrobe. The second bedroom also has a double bed 180 x 200 and a superstructure for sliding, so that you can have breakfast in bed. The third bedroom has two single beds 90 x 200 and a chest of drawers that can be folded out as a changing table. A baby travel bed, a changing mat, a high chair and a stair gate are also available.
The bathroom consists of a toilet, shower with glass door, bathtub and a built-in sink with mirror cabinet. A hair dryer is available.
There is also a small storage room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. This floor is provided with mosquito screens.
The house has its own free WiFi and new heating.
Two women's and one men's bike can be used free of charge.

Medemblik is a picturesque small town with beautiful streets, great cafes / pubs and a lively harbor. The city is known as an international water sports center.
A large sailing regatta is held here every year. From your own jetty you have the opportunity to get through the canals to Medemblik, to the other neighboring cities and through a lock directly into the IJsselmeer. There are many sights nearby. B.
a moated castle, a bakery museum and a quaint museum railway.
The North Sea with its great sandy beaches and the seaside resorts of Bergen and Callantsoog are about 35 km away. A trip to the cheese market in Alkmaar or Edam is highly recommended.
A day trip to Amsterdam is also super possible by train from Hoorn.

The park has a swimming pool with slide, two tennis courts, boat and bicycle rentals, a children's playground and a restaurant.
Even a golf course is nearby.
A parking lot belonging to the house is diagonally opposite.
The final cleaning of 70 euros is paid directly on site at the start of the holiday. For a dog (by arrangement) we charge a flat rate of 20 euros.
