House on the water, a 5-minute walk to the IJsselmeer

A lovely vacation home with a backyard and a private, southwest-facing dock on the water. This fully furnished home offers everything you need for a comfortable stay for six people. The modern kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, two coffee makers (a Nespresso and a standard coffee maker), and a toaster. There is a smart TV and a separate restroom on the first floor. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds. A crib and high chair are available. The spacious bathroom features a bathtub, shower, and toilet. A washing machine and ironing board are also provided.

Enjoy a southwest-facing terrace with a garden by the water, a parking spot right outside the door, and a garden with a barbecue. Free internet and made-up beds are included. A handy starter kit for the first few days is provided (including trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, and cleaning supplies).

There’s also plenty to do in the surrounding area. The beach on the IJsselmeer is a 5-minute walk away on the other side of the dike. The center of Medemblik is a 20-minute walk, and Radboud Castle is 15 minutes away.
