About this villa rental
Villa Paradise is set majestically in a unique position on the outskirts of Pomos. Unusual and modern in style this deluxe villa has been designed with luxury and comfort in mind. Capturing the light and spectacular sea views it is guaranteed to leave you breathless. From the parking area, steps lead down to the magnificent balcony which encircles the entire villa, giving access to the captivating view of the cool blue Mediterranean waters. This single level villa comprises of a spacious open plan living area with an unusual glass fireplace, Smart TV, 3 spacious bedrooms with en-suite facilities, a guest toilet and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The ample outside area has a patio area and a purpose built barbecue which is ideal for entertaining and those who enjoy al-fresco dining. The decked poolside is the place for the sun-worshippers with the infinity pool being ideal for cooling off and the Jacuzzi and Sauna room is a perfect place for relaxation. Tucked away at the end of the deck is a romantic alcove retreat to enjoy those quiet moments with a cool glass of wine.

Security Deposit 300 € / credit card hold (pre-authorisation via online payment link, sent to you before arrival). The amount will be released back to your card upon leaving the villa in a satisfactory and respectable manner and with no damages caused.

Location was perfect as was check in and cleanliness BUT we paid a premium price for a property that did require some work.
That said it did not spoil the holiday.
Most of the glass has stained, paint splatters everywhere, big ant infestation meant eating indoors at night and sunbeds not quite comfy enough.
It needs a quality touch to improve it BUT the views and position are superb...
