About this villa rental
Villa Paradiso is a luxury 3-storey villa, situated in Pomos, on the edge of a quiet hill overlooking the Mediterranean coast. The house faces west and enjoys panoramic views and fantastic sunsets. The villa features modern and elegant decor with neutral colour palettes that reveal its Mediterranean aesthetics.
Villa Paradiso features an infinity pool, 3 bedrooms and one attic all with amazing views any time of the day. The villa comes with full air-conditioning & heating, a satellite TV service, and unlimited WiFi access. Heated pool is also optional for cooler months (unavailable in Dec, Jan, and Feb due to low temperatures).
On the ground floor you can find a spacious sitting room and a dining room with a beautiful centre-piece fireplace. Both areas overlook the infinity swimming pool merging with the blue sea. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a dishwasher. The ground floor bedroom comes with a double bed. Opposite is a W/C, shower and a washbasin.
The 1st floor features a master bedroom with a large double bed an ensuite bathroom/shower while it’s overlooking the sea. On the same floor, you can find another bedroom with 2 single beds and an ensuite bathroom. Both rooms have access to large veranda with a pair of sunbeds.
The attic enjoys a tranquil room with a sofa bed and breath-taking views. To top it all the terrace area is great for barbecue, enjoying a wine during sunset and star filled evenings with good company. It also contains four comfy luxurious sunbeds adjacent to the swimming pool.
It features a spacious car parking space accessible from the house. It is the ideal place for family reunions, a weekend getaway and a perfect spot for venturing daily trips to surrounding places of interest. From start to finish the communication was amazing. The villa itself is beautiful the views are breathtaking, the welcome back was great clean and tidy with more than enough toiletries towels etc. I recommend a car or some form of transport as supermarkets restaurants are a good walking distance . We had a buggy for the whole stay which worked for us . Maria agreeed a late check out for us at no extra cost . I’ve no doubt if I return to this part Cyprus I would book this villa again . Anyone booking this villa you must visit Paradise Place opposite the owner the staff and the a atmosphere is second to none they made myself and my partner feel so welcome and at home . All thought they only provide a limited menu don’t be mistaken as it’s so tasty.Another restaurant I would highly recommend is The old Town this is exceptional !!!!! One thing I would say is that the villas introduction booklet needs updating as the taxi services we rang were all no longer available and there is no jacuzzi bath in Villa . However this did not affect our stay in anyway .

Beautiful villa with stunning views. Excellent communication with the host and any queries dealt with immediately.Have stayed here twice in the past month and will definitely be back.

Villa was lovely. Super clean and well stocked for everything we needed for a great stay. Communication was excellent with fast reply to questions. Pool was beautiful. We opted for it to be heated which really paid off on the colder days. 100% would stay there again

Air conditioning in one room was not working and never got fixed through out our stay.Don’t be misled about getting down to the beach as we could not access this.The views from the villa were spectacular and great sunsets.The property could do with some upgrades and the front garden cared for.
