This stunning vacation rental boasts an oceanfront location in Punta Mita, where you can take in water views from nearly every room, listen to the waves lapping at the shore and bask in the warm sunshine. Included cook service will fill your holiday with tempting smells and tastes, and four bedrooms means you can invite up to ten friends or family members to join.
Your holiday at Casa Bahia includes daily housekeeping as well as cook service at breakfast or lunch. When you’re not trying out local specialties, you can sunbathe by the infinity pool, sip refreshments from the outdoor wet bar or whip up something on the gas barbecue to serve at the al-fresco dining table. There’s also an Apple TV, sound system and Wi-Fi for your evening entertainment.
Casa Bahia has more than 7,000 square feet of space, spread out over two levels. It’s designed to make the most of its gorgeous setting, so you can look out over the bay, the Sierra Madre mountains and the Marietas Islands from nearly anywhere in the house. At its heart is an open-concept great room with a sitting area just off the terrace, a dining area up a few steps and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.
This luxury property has three bedrooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms, including a master suite with its own private terrace. It also has one bedroom with two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom.
This villa boasts American size beds in all bedrooms, 3 American Kings and 2 American Queens.
Rental includes daily housekeeping, and as part of that service the housekeeper will prepare a delicious home cooked family style meal each day - breakfast or lunch - you just pay for the cost of the food! Also includes 6 seat golf cart, Premier Membership Golf and your personal concierge.
Premium Punta Mita Membership (GOLF) includes access to Kupuri Beach Club, Pacifico Beach Club, Porta Fortuna (SUFI) Beach Club, Bahia beach club and El Surf Club at La Lancha. (Fees may apply)

Punta de Mita is really lovely, We had the best meals in the house cooked by Miriam in the morning or the private chefs in the evening. Golf, tennis, surfing, walking - lots to do if you like these activities. House is perfectly situated with an ocean view and waves lulling you to sleep at night. Highly recommended.

Everything about this house was great. It was spotless, the staff was great. The location is very central so it makes getting around Punta Mita very easy. We couldn't be happier with our stay. Can't wait to go back.

We stayed her with a group of four couples. This was our third trip to Punta Mita and our best experience. The staff, concierge and chef was absolutely amazing. Everything about our stay was top notch. They made it a wonderful vacation for our group and we will definitely be returning.

Always enjoy Punta Mita, and El Encanto location is a family favorite! House layout was perfect for our family and the service could not have been better. Breakfast each morning was spectacular and the nights we stayed in with the chef were top notch! Would not hesitate to return!
