Lagos 20 is located in the beautiful oceanside community of Lagos del Mar, within the gates of the exclusive Punta Mita resort.

Lagos 20 is a newly remodeled traditional Mexican villa mixed with modern, organic and contemporary details, topped off with a cool beachy vibe. A spacious open floor plan with a large central courtyard and fountain that is the perfect spot to gather with friends and family. The villa is uniquely situated to provide expansive views of both the ocean out front the and golf course out back, complete with a 60' heated pool overlooking the 13th hole of the Pacifico golf course.

This 2 story property offers 5 large bedroom suites, each with its own private bathroom.

Lagos 20 includes a "Premier Membership" so our guests will have access to all 5 Private Beach clubs : Pacifico Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club, Surf Club, Sufito Beach Club and Sea Breeze at St. Regis. Also access to both Pacifico and Bahia golf courses, the fitness center and the tennis courts. Of course you can also just spend your day at the villa relaxing at the private swimming pool or taking in the sun and views from one of the many lounging areas located throughout the villa.

The villa has a fully equipped modern chef’s kitchen. For dining, there is a large dining table that seats 12 guests. There are two separate smaller dining areas to accommodate the kids, guests or a great spot if you are just looking to have a more intimate experience for smaller gatherings.

The villa comes with a small staff to provide the attentive yet unobtrusive service that the best Mexican beach resorts are known for. Our cook will cater the finest Mexican or American breakfast and lunch daily. Also provided is a full time housekeeper, estate manager and concierge to accommodate your every need to make sure your vacation is without worry.

Upon your arrival at the villa, you will be greeted with welcome snacks and drinks. The cook will also be preparing your breakfast and if requested, lunch daily. Chef dinners can be arranged separately through the concierge. The meals at Lagos 20 as well as most restaurants in Punta Mita will accommodate most all special dietary requests.

Your concierge will arrange to have the villa pre stocked with your selection of groceries and bar items for your entire stay. Your concierge will also organize everything for you from arranging in villa chef dinners, in villa massage and spa services, a sunset boat ride, restaurant reservations and grocery shopping ... you name it and she will try her best to make it happen for you!
