Impeccable, extremely clean and well maintained appartment. A very well apportioned two bedroom appartment with a tasteful and modern twist on traditional decoration. All mod cons available, secure parking and a good supermarket just round the corner, quiet and secure. A relatively quiet location within the old city walls to the north of Lazise - all the benefits and flexibility of having Lazise town at the door step. As a family of 4 with 2 children from age 6, we had space and home comforts (including air con / international TV / dishwasher) for us. We didn't have any issues with noise or being in the town, felt safe and secure. We lived the adventure of the weekly market from the balcony and really enjoyed the flexibility the location offered us and the kids. A lovely apartment and definitely one to recommend!

Perfect location, clean & spacious, easy access to Tourist Info, supermarket, shopping, bars, restaurants, buses & ferry.

The property is impeccably clean. Angelo is a wonderful host and went out of his way to ensure we felt at home. The location is great. I can't say enough. You will not be dissapoined, and the price is a great value as the location and quality of accommodations (and cleanliness) is outstanding.

A lovely, nicely decorated and well functioning apartment in an excellent location. The apartment had a nice view from the small balconies on to the lake. All equipment were available in the kitchen, even a “Central European “ coffee maker for filter coffee. Beds pretty hard, like they always are in Italy. Brochures were available and Signor Angelo made us feel very welcome. Easy guarded (pay) parking just 50 meters away. Lazise is a nice (one of the nicest) small town on the eastern side of Lago di Garda. Good service, restaurants and shore promenade just a minute away from the apartment. Excellent location for excursions in the surroundings, like Parco Sigurta, Gardaland etc. Boat tour on the lake can be recommended. Weekly market filling the streets in Lazise on Wednesdays, local Lidl and a huge shopping centre in Affi secures the shopping needed.

A beautiful apartment which suited us perfectly (2 adults and a toddler). Situated on the edge of town, you can see the lake from the apartment balconies and be by the lake in 30 seconds, or in the town in even less! Clean and with everything we needed. Angelo the owner provided an excellent service, including a cot and bedding, and arranging of airport transfers. Buses and ferries are relatively easy to use and the apartment is close to both stops, meaning you don't need a car. Lazise itself is beautiful, compact and with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Would highly recommend this apartment as the perfect place from which to explore the east shore and Verona.

Lieber Angelo, es gefiel uns mehr als gut und wir würden dieses Domizil jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Buchung, Info und Übergabe bei Ankunft und Abreise unkompliziert und äusserst korrekt. Blick auf den See und trotzdem mitten in der City... Alles was man braucht (oder auch nicht) nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Vom besten Lokal bis zum bewachten Parkplatz,alles kein Problem. Angelo ist ein sehr lieber, hilfsbereiter Vermieter und ich freue mich jetzt schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt! Wir haben es genossen und werden es weiter empfehlen!

Wir hatten im Juli/Aug 2017 das Appartment Limoncenta zu 4 (Eltern u 2 Kids) gemietet. Der Vermieter Angelo hat uns supernett empfangen und uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Überhaupt war die ganze Kommunikation (engl) mit ihm reibungslos und gut. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, 2 grosse Zimmer zum Schlafen, 1 Bad, 1 WoZi u die Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Auch die Klimaanlage war uns sehr willkommen. Die Balkons (2x) laden abends zum Entspannen ein. Wer es zentral sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass man das Auto auf dem 3 min entfernten Zentrumsparkplatz lassen muss, weil man vor der Tür nicht parken darf (zum Entladen aber schon). Abends kann man gemütlich durch den Ort bummeln/Essen gehen, ohne das Auto zu bemühen. Das bedeutet aber auch, dass es immer etwas trubelig auf der Strasse zugeht, gerade morgens früh halten die LKW's gegenüber, um die Läden zu beschicken, Mi früh ist Markt direkt vor der Tür. Der 5min entfernte "Strand" (2 kleine Buchten neben dem Yachthafen) ist eher eine Notlösung, ziemlich schlammig, steinig und klein, kaum Möglichkeiten, zum Ausbreiten. Empfohlen wird für Lazise der öffentlich zugängliche Strand am Campingplatz, der allerdings entsprechend voll ist im Sommer (und mind. 15min strammen Fussmarsches von der Whg. entfernt ist). Wir haben uns der Empfehlung von Angelo angeschlossen und sind an den Strand bei Garda (Playa Di Sirene) gefahren (ca.20min Fahrzeit), der zwar vom Eintritt recht teuer ist, aber sein Geld absolut wert ist, Liegestühle u Parken ist for free. Die Bucht ist ein Traum, die vielen Bäume bieten ausreichend Schatten. Toiletten u Kioske/Eis gibt's auch. Fazit: Gepflegtes wunderschönes Appartment, zentrale Lage, netter Verwalter u idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge rund um den Gardasee.
