The house is located in an enclave of peace and quiet overlooking a scenic palm tree-lined canal. Clusters of palms surround the spacious heated pool, making the lanai feel like your own private tropical oasis. This oasis even comes with a gas grill to cook up your island-style poolside barbecues.
If you’re a boater, you couldn’t ask for a better location. The private dock gives you quick, direct access to the deep blue waters and unrivaled fishing of the Gulf of Mexico.
The interior is the ideal complement to the lanai, with rustic, sea-inspired décor designed to make your stay as peaceful as it is luxurious. Natural light brightens the coral-hued tile and showcases cozy, modern sofas and chairs.
The wide-open kitchen features chairs along the granite counter top, a stylish kitchen island with stove top, and all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner on a table that looks out on the colorful tropical gardens.
The cozy bedrooms, with walls of silken white sands and ocean blue, are decorated with all the comforts of the tropics, and two bedrooms feature sliding door access to the lanai, sending you to sleep each night to the sound of palm trees rustled by fragrant garden breezes. The palatial master suite is adorned with a cherry wood dresser and features an en suite bathroom with his and hers sinks and both a bathtub and wood paneled walk-in shower.

House was clean well taken care of. Location for fishing was amazing we had 2 boats with us on the dock no problem and was just minutes from the inlet. Layout inside was our favorite from other houses we have rented in the past can't wait to get back

Overall the experience was positive as the location is excellent and close to everything. We were there for a week of fishing so we needed the boat dock for tying up. The dock was is good condition but absolutely filthy and we needed to provide a good scrubbing because we were tracking grime onto our boat. The dock hose and spray head are quite old and dry rotted and they need replacement. It would also be nice if the dock pilings had rubber dock bumpers to protect tenants boats. The interior of the home was clean and big enough for a moderate sized family to call home for a vacation. Everything worked as it should and the linai and pool were a nice area to relax. The only other complaint would be the aged and worn out pots, pans and all utensils. Quick trip to Walmart would go a long way to properly outfit the kitchen. We’ve stayed in this home on multiple trips and will continue if it’s available on our travel dates so I don’t want it to sound like there’s a laundry list of issues. The list of deficiencies is actually small and easily can be addressed with a small investment and one day of attention.

This spacious rental property has it all. The grounds were manicured, the pool clean and warm & the house was immaculate upon arrival. The location is quiet on the end of a cul de sac. The views of the water and dolphins playing could be seen from almost all the rooms in the house! We used the dock for our boat with easy access to the Gulf. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The beds and furniture were comfortable and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Marco and our time spent at this home. We’ve already booked a return visit for this spring!
