You'll be Happy Happy Happy you chose 'Seas The Day' - a Newly Decorated Upscale Beach Villa located in La Valencia - next to Laguna Beach & Sunnyside Beach on the far West End of the Beach - 3 miles to Pier Park - shopping & restaurants, 3 miles to world famous '30A' and 1 mile to groceries & pharmacy! La Valencia is a small private, gated community of 75 homes located just across from the Beach! It's a 2 minute walk to the Beach & private BeachFront Pool with lounge chairs exclusively for Guests! The pool overlooks the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and you walk down a few boardwalk steps to put your toes directly into the sugar white sand! Voila! You're at the BEACH!! The Pickleball Court is right outside the back door. Back on the Rental Program for 2021, the Owners have pulled out all the stops! Very 'Tommy Bahama' beach vibe!!
DOWNSTAIRS - The GORGEOUS tiled living room has a queen sleeper sofa, 55" Smart TV w/Movie Channels & WiFi! Fully stocked kitchen w/granite and stainless appliances, large covered porch off the living/dining area has a gas grill, dining table and seating to relax. Private and lush landscaping off the back patio overlooking the Tennis Courts. One Master King Bedroom and full bath on the first floor with a walk-in shower.
Laundry room is on First Floor.
UPSTAIRS - A beautiful Master King Bedroom w/private bath & walk-in shower plus large Jaccuzzi Tub - large tiled balcony off the Master with lounge seating.
A second bedroom upstairs has 2 Twin Beds and Sleeping Bags for the Kids! This bedroom also has a private bath with walk-in shower. There is a second balcony off of this bedroom with a railing - safe for children.
Driveway will park 3 cars comfortably. Plenty of room on porches for beach toys and coolers. Beach Chairs & Towels & more provided!

Over all, it was definitely one of the best properties I have stayed at. The house was FULLY Stocked with anything you could possibly need. The furnishings were just as pictured on the site. The check in was difficult because we did not get the email with the codes to get in the gated community or the house code for the door. We did get it an hour and 20 mins later. The host had under gone emergency surgery the night before. I felt so bad for her and we did not have any issues after that.
The Pool pic of the large one, on site was not for renters to use, which was shown as if we were able to use 2 pools. ONLY OWNERS are allowed to use it. It should not be advertised as if we have 2 pools. We had to walk across the street to use the community beach pool which also was closed the 2nd day after we arrived for cleaning, but was open the next day.
Over all I would go back

Seas the Day was everything we hoped for and more. The villa was spacious, clean and comfortable. Having a private community pool overlooking the ocean just a couple minute walk away was so convenient and ideal. Loved that the villa was equipped with a beach wagon and four chairs to wheel over to the beach with us - so clutch! We had a fabulous time and would absolutely come back and stay again!
