About this house rental
Sailors house is a traditional stone built house in the center of the well known village Rakalj. It is the place where you find Istrian tradition, great hospitality and beautiful nature in one place. Sailors house has it's own courtyard with two parking spaces, olive garden and external stone built shower. Outside there is also a toilet, sink and a washing machine.
The house is 70 m2 big, it has ground floor, 35m2, with living room, kitchen, bathroom, stairs and a fireplace. On a first floor, also 35 m2, there are two bedrooms and a small hall.
The house is traditionally decorated, stone + wood, with many ornaments like old sewing machine, navy knots, ship barometers, recalling to the great maritime history of Rakalj. Also it is fully equipped with TV SAT and WiFi connection on demand.

The house is greatly located on the center of Rakalj. The house offers all what is needed with a space to take a shower outside, a bbq and place to eat outside. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Casa accogliente, curata e pulita. Bell il ardono e mare magnifico , raggiungibile solo in macchina. Josep ospite ineccepibile . Consiglierei una lampada in più all’esterno della casa, unica nota dolente tantissime zanzare in giardino.... difficile mangiare all’esterno. Comunque una bella proprietà

Alles war so wie wir uns es vorgestellt hatten. Wenn das Wetter eventuell nicht so gut ist, wird es mit 5 Personen vielleicht aber ein bisschen eng. Dadurch dass wir die Außendusche nutzen konnten, war aber alles in Ordung. Nette Bar mit Snacks um die Ecke, und ein kleiner Supermarkt vor Ort. Die Strände sind gut mit dem Auto oder sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen und fast menschenleer.
Auch unser Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt, weil das gesamte Grundstück ummauert ist. Auch der Kontakt mit Josip war super. Wir können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Häuschen. Einzig das Bad ist sehr klein, aber dafür hat der Vermieter bereits eine Aussendusche und eine zusätzliche Toilette mit Waschbecken im Außenbereich installiert.
Bei Bedarf gibt es sogar eine Klimaanlage.
