ENTRY
In order to access the unit, its the door on the front porch. This lower unit has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. . There is a living room, dining room, and newly updated kitchen and bathroom. The entire unit is yours. We do have guests in the upper units also, so please be considerate.

BEDROOM
Bedrooms have a queen bed, . Room also has Spacious closet & 2 night stands with plug ins for your devices.

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the screened in balcony which is accessible through the kitchen and up the stairs

KITCHEN Enjoy cooking in our full kitchen with access to all your basic cooking needs. From pots and pans, utensils and spices - we’ve got you covered. A microwave and coffee maker are also provided for an easy morning in. Enjoy eating your take out or home cooked meals either in the living room or the table located in the ktichen.



WASHER / DRYER
There is a free washer and dryer in the back of the property with laundry detergent. It is accesible by walking outside around the back.

BATHROOM
Our bathroom has a full size shower/tub and all bath towels, hand towels, and face towels are supplied. Also included are all your showering needs from shampoo, conditioner, . Hair dryer and basic toiletries are there if needed.


LIVING ROOM
In the living room Lounge around on our comfy sofa that will make you feel right at home. Our 43” smart tv will keep you entertained with access to all your favorite streaming services.

There are many restaurants, shops, bars, coffee shops and other conveniences within walking distance. Lakewood is only 3 miles long x 2 miles wide...So you can essentially walk anywhere in the city with in a reasonable amount of time. There are also bus lines running on Detroit and Madison Ave. Uber or lyft is very accessible and quick to dispatch. There are so many fun, unique, eclectic, and convenient places to see. Lakewood is the most densely populated city in in Ohio(10th in the USA) so it has that urban feel that is very safe. Lakewood also has one of the best parks in the area, with a great view of the lake if you sit on the Solstice steps! (a must check out)
Some other Lakewood places to check out in no particular order are The Melt, Becks art Center, The Root Cafe, Mcarthys Pub, The Winking lizard, Bar Italia, Lakewood Park, Madison Park, Rocky River metro park, Natures Oasis Cafe and dozens of little antique and thrift shops up and down Madison and Detroit avenue.

Some near by notable areas/districts to check out within a short drive of Lakewood are the Tremont area, Ohio City area, little Italy, University village, Crocker park, Edgewater park and beach, The Flats, both east bank and west, East 4th district, West 6th district.

Some destinations outside of Lakewood within a 15/ 20 min drive, -Playhouse square , rock n roll hall of fame, Edgewater beach, Westside market, The History museum, Southside bar, The Melt, Cleveland Aquarium, Mitchells Ice Cream, Cleveland Zoo and much more! Uber or lyft is very quick and accessible in Lakewood. Lakewood is also very walkable. You can walk to the main streets with plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, and convenient stores within a few minutes.

2. No loud music after 10:00pm
3. No cooking with very aromatic seasonings, such as curries
4. Please wash any dishes, cups, pots and pans and put them away
5. Clean and wash coffee pot and filter.
6. Please mop or sweep any spills
7. NO SMOKING indoors.
8. If you have a pet with you, please clean any hair left behind. If there is excessive hair/fur found, you may be charged a fee.
9. Early or late Check ins may be requested 24 hours prior upon availability. For each extra hour requested, there is a $25.00 fee. No requests less than 24 hours prior.
