Guests will have access to the whole home, driveway and backyard.

I have as much interaction with the guest as they feel necessary. I do not show up unannounced and never enter the home without being welcomed in by the guest. If the guest needs anything, I am close by and can be at the home in minutes. I am always available by phone, text or email for any questions or concerns.
- Please place all garbage in wastebasket.
- No loud music after 10:00pm
- No cooking with very aromatic seasonings, such as curries
- Please wash any dishes, cups, pots and pans and put them away
- Clean and wash coffee pot and filter.
- Please mop or sweep any spills
- NO SMOKING indoors.
- If you have a pet with you, please clean any hair left behind. If there is excessive hair/fur found, you may be charged a fee.
- Please clean grill after using.
- No parties allowed
- Please do not leave valuables in. your car and lock your car doors.1. Please place all garbage in wastebasket.
- Early or late Check ins may be requested 24 hours prior upon availability. For each extra hour requested, there is a $25.00 fee. No requests less than 24 hours prior.
