In the south of the Landes, in Tosse, near Seignosse, Hossegor, Capbreton, new comfortable house in peace with secure swimming pool and jacuzzi, ideal for spending a good holiday with family or friends ... Small children's park at the end of dead end.
Beaches 8 km, Bayonne 15 minutes and Spain 45 minutes.
Shops nearby (Leclerc express, fishmonger, 2 bakeries, butcher, tobacco / newspapers, pizzeria, restaurants, doctor, pharmacy ...)
Covered terrace: charcoal and gas barbecue, teak table for 10 people.
Private parking for car.
At your disposal a baby cot, a high chair.
Possibility of providing an additional folding bed for a child.

Very nice house with all comforts in a quiet neighborhood. Only a 10 minute drive to the beautiful Le Penon beach. Close to beautiful bike paths, too. Corinne and Karl are very likeable and easy-going.

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von den Eigentümern empfangen. Sogar für Getränke und Obst war gesorgt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, inklusive Pool und Wirkpool. In der Küche war die Ausstattung hervorragend. Die Eigentümer waren immer telefonisch und auch persönlich erreichbar falls es Fragen gab. Fussläufig sind Bäcker, E.Leclerc, Metzger und Apotheke erreichbar. Auch ein Café und eine Pizzaria gibt es. Vielleicht für Kinder interessant zu wissen, dass es einen kleinen Skaterpark gibt. Selbst ein Fahrradverleih wäre möglich und Räder könnten vor Ort genutzt werden. Die Strände von Capbreton und Hossegor sind mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. In Hossegor findet 3 mal in der Woche ein schöner und gut besuchter Markt statt. Ausflugsziele nach Biarritz und Bayonne sind in 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben die Zeit in Tosse sehr genossen und würden dieses herrliche Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Nous avons été bien reçu par la propriétaire (avec des boissons, corbeille de fruits offertes à notre arrivée). Très propre et tout a se servir. Très bon séjour. 🌞👍
