Everything you need for a short break set in a beautiful location.

Excellent Glamping Pods set in a stunning location. Nice and warm inside with underfloor heating. A well equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances. Comfy bed fresh crisp bedding and some pods are dog friendly. Good WiFi

Wish we stayed longer !

Secluded in a wonderful village arrived and easy access inside both myself and my partner was stunned by the pod we stayed in. The decor , size and amenities is unmatched to similar. The Alexa was a great touch along with several lighting options for inside. Quick walk to a beautiful beach brought me back to when I traveled SE Asia. We went out for dinner that night and had the opportunity to see some great wildlife including several deers and owls. The outside communal area was great as well just wish we went when it was warmer !

Cozy, comfortable and relaxing!

Booked this place for my parents to stay for a few nights as part of a road trip around Scotland, and they have not stopped talking about how much they loved it ever since they got back! It was by far their favourite of all the places they stayed during the whole trip. They loved how the site was setup with the communal fire pit outside, and well lit pathways to each private pod. The pods themselves were cozy, well equipped and very comfortable, with everything you could possibly need and more. The location was beautiful, with lots of scenic views around. They will definitely be back!

Good stay but ..

It was exactly as it was on pictures. Comfortable bed. The bath holds two people in. Water very hot and nice to enjoy the bath. All amenities were there to cook etc. Location good as well. Didn’t use bbq outside.

Radiator didn’t work in bathroom which made it really uncomfortable. It was very cold out there. I wasn’t informed about that. WiFi worked very well on phones but Netflix on tv didn’t at all. When I reported it, I was told it’s due to weather but the sky was clear and weather was good outside. I dont think it was value for the amount that I paid.

On the surface the pod looked amazing.

Practicality things such as no where to put cups or phone when in bed. And few maintenance issues such as towel rail not working and other wear and tear related things. The front door needs realigning as wind whistles threw

Lovely pod. Well equipped and very comfortable. It was a short stay for us so didn’t get to explore a lot but the beach on site was stunning.

Comfy bed & weird lights in strange colours but not warm white!

Starnge lighting options via Alexa in multiple colours but none in just a warm white. All spotlights that came on and the lamps did not work. Some tech available in their did not work. Sockets in living area too far away to use phones and charge at the same time & I have 1.5m cables!

During my stay, I encountered several issues that affected my overall experience. The Wi-Fi in our pod was not functioning, and when I contacted the staff, I was advised to connect to the Wi-Fi of another pod instead of having the issue resolved. This resulted in a weak connection that only worked near the door. Additionally, the utensils in the drawer were not properly cleaned and had dried food stains. The bathroom did not provide any body wash or shampoo, and the bath towels were noticeably worn and rough. I also noticed a protruding nail on the cabinet door beneath the sink, which poses a safety hazard and could easily cause injury if not addressed.

Great place to stay along the NC500 route

Cozy and cute room. Floor heating, which made for a comfortable night. Surprisingly good internet in this area, which was good to snuggle in and watch a movie on the tv. Location is great, right next to the beach and an old ruin.

Lovely location close to beach

I liked the location as the beach was lovely. The Pods were cosy, the heated floor was nice and there were plenty of kitchen utensils which were utilised when we cooked our breakfast.

We were in a secluded location and it took us hours to get the internet working. We eventually got it working when connecting to another Pods internet. I felt a little claustrophobic in this Pod.

Good location for a short stay

Decent sized pod with comfy sofa/bed. Good location - right next to a beautiful beach and a short walk to a small shop and chippy. Had a hose down area on the car park which was handy for after the beach. Was nice to see deer from the bathroom window in the morning.

The pods arent very private with people walking right past to get to their pods. The front has the patio doors so people can just see into your pod - can close the curtain but then its dark and shutting out any view. Fridge was small and the pod seemed to be very warm - couldn't open the door due to having a dog and people/dogs walking past.

Beautiful big pod, a few notes

The pod was actually quite large for a glamping pod. There was plenty of space in the bathroom. The location close to the beach was amazing, it was a very short walk and the beach is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen facilities were great.

I felt when I was cooking on the stove that because there was no exhaust above the stove it was dirtying the walls and over time I think this will cause problems. We ran out of hot water after filling the bath and the bath didn’t actually hold the water, the plug wasn’t sealed properly. And then we couldn’t even keep filling it up as there wasn’t any hot water. The wifi wasn’t great at times. No privacy in the pod unless you shut your curtain which blocks out the light as all the pods face each other.

Nice pods but lack of privacy

Nice interior and fresh bathroom. There was a communal bbq. Sheep and deer in the back garden. Close to the beach (5 min walk). Close to Lochinver and many sights in the area.

We received the wrong code for the lock box. The host answered after ~10 mins with the correct code but could have been more approachable as they incorrectly assumed we were using the booking.com pin when the email explicitly said “the code for the key safe is…”. The other guests also received the exact same incorrect code/message as us and I would have expected the host to proactively reach out when realising this is a common issue. I highlighted the issue with the host but didn’t get a reply. Lack of privacy in the pods as they are facing each other.

Worth the drive !

Loved everything about this location and the pods ! We were a family of 5, so we had two pods. One was a little more luxurious than the other. But overall loved it.

The sofa bed was a little difficult to put together for the kids.

The beach was excellent.

The person who sleeps next to the curved wall has to climb over to the other person, the bed is quite small. Don't expect a big copper bath, that's only in one pod. The BBQ and seating are communal. The road up to the site and beach is single track and involves a lot of reversing at busy times.

The beach was beautiful and the pod was very clean. Instructions provided prior to arrival were very clear.

The property wasn’t value for money. There was nothing provided - no milk, toiletries or a little welcome basket. For the price point, I expected a lot more. There was also no privacy as the pods face in on each other.
