Communication was the best. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only negative was the balcony being closed off due to construction work. Will stay here again!

We stayed for a short spring break trip. Sheri was very easy to communicate with and very responsive! The condo was not as clean as I would have wished. There were some dirty dishes that we had to clean before using and looking closer into some of the linens, they were stained and somewhat gross (specifically the curtains and bed skirt). There was one sponge to wash dishes but was clearly used along with no dish soap to use the sponge with. Other than the slight inconveniences of uncleanliness, we had a great time! The location was great, the amenities were great and the walk to the beach was not far at all. It was in the mid 50s for the majority of our stay but the pool was heated giving us something to do on the days it was too cold for the beach! The restaurants around this area were great and even with it being spring break, we never had to wait!
