Absolutely wonderful home, especially for a family with young children. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was walkable and you can’t beat having the pool within a few steps from the house. We loved the multiple patios and 2 living areas. Only a short drive to the beach as well. Plenty of great restaurants in the area too. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Rick’s beach house! We had multiple families including infants and children, 9 people total. The location next to the pool and view of the bay was perfect! The home had plenty of room, we never felt on top of each other, and was well equipped with everything we needed for a fun stay. Perfect for your family vacation in style!

The property and owner were nothing less than perfect. The property was impeccable and the location was perfect. Both balconies made for great morning views of the dawn and peaceful evenings! Owner was incredible and very professional! Highly recommend!!!!!

This was our family's second stay at the Frank Point house and every single day reminded us of why we couldn't wait to get back. The comfort and amenities of the house along with Rick's hospitality are unparalleled. The house is spacious, bright, immaculate, and settled in a quiet neighborhood with incredible views morning, day, and night. Till next year!
