It is the best house, in the best location, in the community. You are next to a large swimming pool and look out over the bay, at the end of the street with only one neighbor. We had a great time and would rent it again.

Perfect destination for our girls weekend getaway! The home was beautiful and well appointed. The bayside views from the upper deck were gorgeous. The community is peaceful and close to restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be back!

This was our family's second stay at the Frank Point house and every single day reminded us of why we couldn't wait to get back. The comfort and amenities of the house along with Rick's hospitality are unparalleled. The house is spacious, bright, immaculate, and settled in a quiet neighborhood with incredible views morning, day, and night. Till next year!
