Longère house on a 2 hectare wooded park in a charming village located in Brec'h, 7 minutes from Auray.
Large fitted kitchen, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances. Living / dining room, large bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, storage room for washing machine. Vacuum cleaner, dryer, iron, BB high chair.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: 2 160 cm beds, 1 140 cm bed + baby bed, 1 large room 25 square meters with 3 90+ beds 1 120 cm modular bed according to demand. Bed linen, duvet sheets provided except hand towels. 1 toilet + sink.
2 TV + DVD player, books and DVD available.
A large terrace, garden furniture, BBQ and outdoor games and deckchairs.
The property is about 15 km from Carnac, La Trinité, Erdeven beaches, etc. 7 minutes from the town of Auray and the Port of Saint-Goustan. 20 minutes from Vannes and 30 minutes from Lorient

This place is a nice authentic Normandy farmhouse, in the middle of the Morbihan. Spotlessly clean, everything available but with two (minor) drawbacks: there is only one bathroom (in a house that can sleep up to 11) and the wifi is extremely weak or even non-existant.

Logement qui correspondait tout à fait à notre demande, très propre, lits faits à notre arrivée, présence de jeux pour les enfants... Seul petit bémol, 1 seule salle de bains, mais nous avons réussi à nous organiser! Un très bon séjour !

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits dans cette location. Nous étions un groupe de 9 amis et la maison était très bien équipée, avec un vrai lit pour tout le monde (ce qui est très appréciable). Nos hôtes étaient très prévenants et disponibles si nous avions besoin. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et recommandons fortement cette location si vous passez dans le coin.

Un très bon accueil de Jean-Paul et Isabelle Hervé. Un grand merci à ce couple très sympathique. Des conditions parfaites d’hébergement. La maison dispose de tout ce qu’il faut pour rendre le séjour agréable. Et on trouve tout ce qu’il faut dans le voisinage. Je recommande chaudement.

logement suffisamment spacieux pour 11 personnes, terrain et dépendances sympa. Bien adapté pour grande famille et en cas de mauvais temps beaucoup de place pour les enfants. Bon contact avec les propriétaires accueillants et disponibles. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos enfants et petits enfants. A refaire.

La maison est bien équipée, les quatre chambres à l’étage permettent de loger jusqu’à 12 personnes. L’espace extérieur, avec deux coins abriter et son grand jardin, offre des espaces pour tout le monde. Les propriétaires sont accueillants. Tout est réuni pour passer un bon séjour, ce qui fut le cas pour nous dans le cadre de notre réunion de famille.
