About this cottage rental

Thyme is a light & spacious 2 bedroom cottage - 1 king size & 1 twin with 2 single beds (adult size) & a private garden.

Thyme is located a short 10 minute drive to both the A30 & A38, giving easy access to both the North & South Coast of Cornwall.

The open plan layout on the ground floor is light & airy with a kitchen/diner & stylish, comfortable lounge area with a cosy wood burning stove. The 2 bedrooms on 1st floor are attractive and restful with crisp cotton bedding, soft throws & lovely views.

Thyme has a private garden - a sunny and relaxed area in which to wind down with a glass of something chilled whilst enjoying the stunning views to the main one acre guest garden. Parking for 2 cars is available on-site.

Nestled in beautiful countryside on the very edge of Bodmin Moor, yet located just 6 miles from both A38 & A30, Thyme cottage is in an ideal location to easily access the best of everything that Cornwall has to offer.

Eden, Lanhydrock and Heligan are just a short drive away & the rugged cliffs of the South Coast (Looe, Polperro, Mevagissey, Rame Head) plus quaint fishing villages and the sandy beaches of the North Coast (Padstow, Polzeath, Newquay) are all within easy reach.

Dog friendly circular walks for both the casual stroller and also the accomplished hiker can be enjoyed from our very own doorstep !

We spent an amazing two-week holiday at Thyme Cottage. We had an excellent experience. Plenty to see and do in location. The cottage is in a beautiful, quiet location and is spotlessly clean. Every room was well equipped with everything you need from hairdryers to kitchen essentials. Very tastefully furnished. All appliances are top range. Fluffy towels and lovely bed linen. It’s a lovely comfortable cottage to stay and is very private. Communication through booking, arrival and departure was excellent. Julie is prompt in responding to queries and very helpful. We would not hesitate in staying here again on our next trip to Cornwall.
