Suggestive apartment, a love nest !!
Just 6 km from the SEA and the beach of Porto San Giorgio-Lido di Fermo.
The apartment is located in the "VINCI" building from the 1700s, is located in the historic center of Fermo, a city dating back to pre-Roman times. Being a MEDIEVAL city perched on a hill it has some narrow and uphill roads and the road surface with original cobblestone pavement or cobblestones.
So this apartment is suitable for lovers of this kind of location.
The apartment has been recently renovated with air conditioning, fans and FREE WI FI.
A few steps from the apartment there is the PRIVATE GARAGE closed with a damper and a key that we provide FREE of charge to our guests without the need for a reservation.
It consists of: entrance, living room with sofas, TV, table, chairs and sideboards (some furniture is from the 1800s), from here, with a glass door, you enter the fully equipped kitchen with a fan oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher , washing machine (washer-dryer), microwave, pots, dishes, cutlery and everything needed for cooking. The entrance with a staircase (as in the photo) leads to the double bedroom with four-poster bed, T. V., and to the bathroom with hydromassage shower-box.
The APARTMENT is a few steps away:
from the beautiful Piazza del Popolo (sec. XV), the city lounge, overlooked by the Palazzo dei Priori (13th century) and the Apostolic Palace (16th century), the Roman Cisterns (around 40 AD), the eighteenth-century Teatro Dell'Aquila, the palaces period and medieval streets.
The city of Fermo (319 meters above sea level) is surrounded by hills on whose tops rest ancient towns, in their medieval walls there are restaurants and restaurants with typical food and excellent wines.
Famous is the festival "La cavalcata dell'Assunta" which takes place in August with many programming days.
The area is located in the center of the shoe with outlets of famous brands.

We already knew Fermo from previous visits but the appartement 'Palazzo Vinci' was new to us. Upon arriving there was a nice gentleman waiting for us holding the keys. He showed us around the apartment and spoke very good English. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Clean, comfortable, all equipment in excellent condition and a stylish interior. We got to know Carla, the owner, as a very friendly and caring host. We'll definitely return here! The 5 out of 5 stars is well deserved!
