La struttura è ottimamente tenuta, pulitissima e ben servita sul piano logistico. Anche il ricovero dell'autovettura è stato ottimale. La struttura è dotata di doppi servizi per ciascuno dei due livelli di cui si compone. E' molto silenziosa nonostante si trovi a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro cittadino e quindi dai principali locali e attrazioni culturali e architettoniche.
Non ci sono aspetti negativi da segnalare.

Чудесный, уютный ,чистый , тихий дом со всеми удобствами и даже люксом.
Перед входом терраса, на которой приятно проводить время.
В общем я бы поставили все 20 пунктов, если бы это можно было бы сделать.
Наверху в жару немного душно спать

Abbiamo soggiornato in una casa nuova, arredata con gusto e curata in ogni dettaglio. Tutto era pulitissimo e accogliente, ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. La posizione è ideale, a pochi passi dal centro di Fermo ma in una zona tranquilla. Un grazie speciale ai proprietari, davvero gentili e disponibili.
