A good place to stay for people visiting Nottingham who would like a quiet stay.

It’s a very chill, nice and secluded place to stay. We like it for the amenities in the flat including the large table space.

The sofa bed could do with being replaced.

Quiet but well connected place in Wilford

It is a very quiet location but with easy access to public transport (the tram is 5 minutes away) with allocated parking. The key pick up system works well-the video helps to find it! The apartment is well equipped, clean and comfortable with a nice view out from the balcony. I was travelling for work alone but 4 people would not be cramped for a few days.

Lovely little apartment in a quiet neighbourhood

The apartment is in a lovely quiet location. Relatively centrally located. Easy parking. Overlooks a lovely green. A short walk to tram into City centre. Local shops including Co-op, Lidl, Aldi and Greggs all within walking distance or a short drive away. Comfortable safe facilities. Easy communication with owners.

Apartment did not appear to have been prepared very well prior to our visit. Would have been nice to have at least minimal cleaning materials, tea/coffee and toiletries available at the apartment until we were able to get to shops. Kitchen, including cooker, microwave, fridge was not clean, by anyone's standard. To be fair once we had observed the lack of cleanliness we contacted the owners and they responded within 5 or 10 minutes. They apologised and offered to send out their cleaners to rectify the next day, but by then I had purchased cleaning materials and spent an hour cleaning it myself to my satisfaction and I didn't want my work undone. Not a great start to our short break.

Not very clear on which apartment it was it was block 22 flat 4 which we managed to figure out from online pictures and not indicated on booking anywhere

Location,quietness,facilities,having 2 bathrooms,lastly space to relax.

As we stayed for 5 days the only niggle for us was the fact that the smaller bedroom & the en suite did not have any drawer space.This did not mean our stay was any less comfortable.There is room to put a small chest of drawers.

A bit shabby. Not as clean as it should have been. Late response following a query. Post box unlocked. Pillows not comfortable. Little information about the flat. Keys not colour coded so confusing. Not that easy to find the flat. Rubbish left in sink.

Lovely spacious apartment, close enough to the city centre

Great apartment, it was really clean and spacious - perfect for meeting up with friends. Under 10 minute walk from tram stop into the city centre and easy to check in/check out. The hosts were easily contactable and gave us all the information we needed to have a nice stay.

Property excellent. Getting into the property very troublesome

Lots of trouble getting into the property. Had to spend extra money on Ubers as getting into the property proved troublesome. Was given wrong key code amongst other problems

Lovely apartment in a quite area not far from the main town

Few cleaning issues, nothing major could of done with more toilet rolls , as we were out the majority of the time we didn’t ask.. other than this it was a very nice apartment

Pleasantly surprised really enjoyed it, as it was within easy reach of pubs, shops and transport.

The location was ideal for our visit, close to amenities and routes to our family and friends. The location was quiet and peaceful, overlooking green space and trees, no noisy neighbours, perfect! We also found the property to be warm and comfortable.

Just a small thing, the shower head in the ensuite shower hadn't been cleaned properly and was showing black marks around the spray holes.

We would definitely recommend this quiet clean compact apartment .

We were visiting for a birthday and the location was great for us . Can't fault the cleanliness of the apartment and it had everything we needed for our three night stay . En suite in main bedroom and bathroom with over shower and bath . Compact modern kitchen for breakfast etc . Quiet location despite being handy for road connection to WestBridgeford . Take aways nearby if needed ,or restaurants/cafes in West Bridgeford .

For us the beds were a bit small (double in main bedroom anda small double in smaller bedroom ) .but if that doesn't bother you the rest of the apartment is fine .

Very Good

Great place to stay. Very modern, neat, clean, safe and private parking. Great balcony for summer and lovely view out on to the green space. River Trent and Coop a very short walk

Not much not to like, but being picky - intended to be constructive criticism to sort out small issues to achieve 100%..... Ironing board cover had completely come off, so had to rest it on which made it awkward to iron. Sofa a tad small and uncomfortable for 4 people. Main building entrance door a tiny bit awkward to open (apartment door is fine). Like I say being very picky here
