About this villa rental
You will understand at first sight why we fell in love with this villa. It is surrounded by a magnificent Mediterranean garden of 1000 m2 with its ten species of palm trees, citrus fruits, olive trees and of course its swimming pool and separate plunge pool. Choose the sweet and quiet life in the sun or in the shade out of the sight of neigbors. In the late afternoon, the sun illuminates the sandstone of the summer kitchen, this is the perfect time to have a drink and prepare the BBQ.
The interior was completely renovated in 2021: There is a spacious living and eating room with large windows overlooking the terrace. The table can accommodate 6 to 8 people. The kitchen is also new (May 2021) and fully equipped.
Bedrooms:
1st bedroom overlooking the pool with a 160 cm large bed
2nd bedroom with a bed of 160 cm convertible
At the mezzanine level (open space) a bed of 140 cm (sleeper sofa with additional top mattress) with access to the large covered terrace of 53 m2
The whole house is air conditioned. You have a WIFI inside the villa and in the garden, the TV is equipped both with an internet and a satellite receiver for ASTRA (channels in English, German, Spanish).
Also at your disposal an additional shower room, a washing machine and dryer.
The ground is enclosed with a wall and there is enough space for three cars.
You will dispose of the whole property for your stay.
Please note that the villa is not adapted for handicapped persons, but this may depend very much on the individual. Please contact us upfront in order to speak about details.
Prior to handing over the keys a deposit of 1000 € is requested to be paid by wire transfer on the owner's account. The deposit will be fully reimbursed within 7 days maximum if no damages were caused.
The villa is located right next to the village center of Puimisson, an old village of winemakers.
• Small shops, bar, restaurant within 2 mns walk
• Supermarket, butcher, pharmacy, gas station 5 mns drive to Magalas
• Restaurants 5 minutes by car to Magalas or Thézan
• City of Béziers with its charming old center and beautiful Haussmann buildings at 15 mns
• Beaches of the Mediterranean Sea at 20 mns
• Park of the Cevennes mountains at 10 mns
• Pézenas 20 mns, Narbonne, Gruissan and Sète 40 mns, Montpellier 60 mns
• Hiking, road cycling, mountain biking from home and on marked trails in the region
• Orb Valley (canoe / kayak) at 15 mns
• Lake Salagou at 30 mns

Absolutely stunning villa there is literally everything you need there you don’t need to bring anything apart from your clothes, the pool/ barbecue area/ outside space is fantastic we highly recommend this property also the 3 tortoises who live at the back of the villa are so cute, it is a very quiet area so a car is recommended to get out and about, Dietrich the host is always at hand for any questions he was very helpful,there is a lovely restaurant which we visited regularly “sur la place”overall a beautiful place will definitely return very relaxing.

This property offered everything we could possibly want and more. The house and gardens are just perfect for a relaxing holiday. The pool was so welcome after a day's exploring. We honestly can't think of anything that we'd change.........the owner was so helpful and communication throughout was efficient and effortless. My only reservation in recommending this property is that it might make it difficult for us to return!!!

The house was clean and well equipped. The owner was friendly and helpful. It was advertised as 3 bedroomed and, although it says mezzanine further down the description, we were disappointed to have to make up the sofa bed ourselves. It also effected access to the upper terrace. Because there wasn't a pool cover any heat it acquired during the day was lost overnight, making it too cold for 2 of us to enjoy. We struggled to get the aircon working at night, which is when we needed it. We couldnt open windows due to the amount of insect life determined to feast on some of us!
