Precioso Apartamento en la plaza

Lo mejor claramente su ubicación justo en Prado llano. También se agradece su estilo moderno, capacidad de armario, camas cómodas y muy práctico el guarda esquíes junto a la puerta del apartamento.

Lo que menos nos gustó es que el salón no tiene ventana y la ventana de la habitación da a la parte trasera del edificio. La plaza de garaje no nos sirvió porque no nos cabía la furgoneta.

The location of the apartment was perfect. On the 4th floor of the Mont Blanc hotel, above numerous bars and restaurants and two minute walk from the gondolas and ski-hire. The apartment is not entered via the main hotel, it is entered through a separate entrance marked “edificio B” to the right hand side. The hotel staff are very helpful, however, should you have trouble finding it. It is a basic apartment but perfectly adequate for a few nights skiing and it was very clean. There are radiators in every room and the apartment was lovely and warm, even though it was minus temperatures outside. Also, having free and secure underground parking was a real bonus. It only has a coffee machine, no kettle, but then that’s fairly normal in Spain, so my travel kettle comes everywhere with me! Regarding the picking up of keys for the apartment, I felt it important to say this, because of previous comments. We used Google Maps to get the exact location of “inmobilaria Elitehouse”. It is not in Pradallano, as suggested on Booking.com, it is in the main road C. De la virgen de las Nieves. This road is a one way system though town, so must be entered from the higher entry point into town (mid level) then once you have the keys you continue down to the Mont Blanc Hotel to enter the underground parking. Because we were aware of this, getting the keys was no hassle at all. We found parking outside Elitehouse no problem, but we were there at the end of the season.

There are a few small negative points, and to be honest, most have already been commented on in previous reviews. the double bed, as others have said, does creak quite a lot - it’s ok if you don’t move around too much in your sleep! Aside from that we found the bed comfortable, but it could benefit from a couple more pillows. Also the wardrobe door is hanging off and could do with some attention. The cooker hood in the kitchen area is too low, my husband cut his head on it whilst making a cup of tea. Overall these were minor points, as the price, location and convenience of the apartment outweighs them. Would we stay in this apartment again - Yes, no question.

The location is great. Has everything you need.
