Absolutely perfect location, plenty of room and comfortable for us as a family of four.
Not a modern decor, but we weren't bothered by that

The location is excellent, having 2 bathrooms was great
Slightly grubby , shower doors broken , no bread knife, no kettle to make tea, crockery chipped Poor quality cutlery , it just needs a bit of TLC
