A casa visualmente é muito bonita, sua arquitetura proporciona um bom estar ao entrar na casa, casa espaçosa bem arejada. Condomínio Seguro!
Piscina suja; Sem banheiro externo (até tem mas esta cheio de tralha), o ruim disso é que ao sair da piscina e ir ao banheiro você sai molhando a casa toda; Mesas e cadeiras de descanso na área da piscina quebradas e sujas; Sua localização não é boa, para acesso a mercados e padaria ou vá de carro ou de alguns bons minutos de caminhada; A região onde o condomínio esta localizado não é bom.
