Localização ótima, seguro. Casa varios utensílios de cozinha, duas geladeiras funcionando perfeitamente. Tv e internet funcionando bem. Não cheira Mofo e nem bolor.
Máquina de lavar não funciona, ventilador área churrasqueira não funciona, chuveiros só funcionam nas temperaturas mais quentes ( inverno). Piso descascando tinta( da um.ar de sujeira, mas não está sujo. Ventiladores que foram substituídos velhos, jogados nos guarda roupas. Portão de saída difícil de abrir por dentro

Quartos com mofo e fotos no booking diferentes da real banheiro da suíte com cheiro de esgoto e laje totalmente mofada ei banheiro do outro quarto vaso solto e água do chuveiro corre o quarto sem condições de banho piso da casa todo descascado aparência feia
