Lovely cottage
Charming cottage, well-renovated, good appliances, bed linens and towels. Very kind host who left a personalized note and a welcome basket with crisps and wine, plus loads of local tips and recommendations
Checkin could be earlier than 16h, that would make it more convenient and it would be a nice touch to be able to leave bags there before going out to explore. The space was very clean except for some dishes and cutlery stored inside the cupboards

Lovely house in a delightful setting
Fantastic location, great facilities in the house very clean and well decorated. House is set in a delightful village location with many local walks. Communications with the owner were excellent.

Encantador
Este alojamiento es encantador, con un gusto exquisito en la decoración y muy acogedor. La anfitriona, aunque no la conocimos en persona, es tremendamente amable y detallista, ya que nos dio la bienvenida con una nota, una botella de vino francés y unos detalles para comer que nos estaban esperando en la casa. La cocina-comedor es fantástica, con mucha luz y abierta al jardín. Tiene todo lo que se necesita en una cocina para funcionar, desde bayetas a pastillas para el lavavajillas, aceite... En España no suele ser tan cuidadosos en estos temas. La casa comparte parking y pared con otro alojamiento al lado, supongo que de los mismos dueños, pero no hay problema por ello. Se la recomendaría a todo el mundo.
A pesar de ser una casa antigua resulta práctica y cómoda, se han ingeniado soluciones muy buenas para hacerla así. Sin embargo, la cercanía a la carretera puede ser molesta, pues los dormitorios dan hacia ella. Otro detalle es que hay que tener cuidado al sacar el coche del parking privado por la falta de visibilidad. Hay que comentar también que uno de los baños está en la planta de abajo al final de un largo pasillo, un poco alejado del corazón de la casa. Lo único que yo cambiaría son los colchones, al menos el de la cama doble, no se descansa bien; en general las camas en las que hemos dormido en Inglaterra tenían el mismo problema.
