Fully renovated two bedroom first floor apartment available for 31 days or longer in a beautiful victorian in the heart of the Bywater with a giant fully fenced lot and amazing pool to soak in when it's warm out. The entire space has been completely updated with brand new appliances including washer/dryer and has refinished hard wood floors throughout.
Walking distance to numerous restaurants, cafes, and crescent park, you are just a short ride to the French Quarter, but far enough out to be away from all the madness.
Unlike many rentals in New Orleans, both bedrooms are fully private (not walk through style). The apartment itself is incredibly spacious with lots of room to spread out. The back deck is a great place to have your morning coffee and the pool can't be beat.
*Please note, this apartment is in a building with three other units, there is some noise transfer from the upstairs tenants and the yard is shared with the tenants and their sweet pups. Please consider this when booking the space if you are a light sleeper or don't like dogs. Also, the building itself has quiet hours between 10PM and 9AM. We ask that all renters be respectful of that and keep the volume down during that time.
I'm very easy to get ahold of by phone or e-mail, and have a property manager who is just up the road should you need anything.
