The Villa (190m²) is surrounded by a large landscaped park with a heated swimming pool built into the terrace of 100m² equipped (2 dining areas, plancha, deckchairs ...) to enjoy the different exhibitions.
For the youngest, a large trampoline of more than 4 meters in diameter, a tree house, a badminton net, a basketball net ...
Practical and functional, the house offers a large space of bungalow entirely directed towards the garden, in the middle of a calm and resting environment while remaining close to a residential district.

We will welcome you on your arrival to give you the keys and remote control of the portal. We will remain available for any questions or additional information during your stay.

Many hiking trails nearby allow pleasant walks for both beginners and experienced.

What a pleasure to find yourself in the beautiful and large garden with a splendid terrace! The house is spacious and fully equipped. The swimming pool is wonderful to cool off even during the days when the weather was not that great.
It is a wonderful base from which to discover Brittany. We had a great time and are grateful to Matthieu and Delphine that we could stay in their beautiful house.

Beautiful property, grounds and pool - this was a godsend with the weather being so hot. One problem we had was resolved on the same day after contact with the owner. The location of the property was very quiet and peaceful and many evenings were spent outside.

Très bon accueil de Delphine et Matthieu.
Maison spacieuse, très agréable à vivre. Très bel extérieur, dont malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu profiter pleinement pour cause de météo capricieuse. Position idéale pour visiter la Bretagne.

Villa au calme, tout confort. Quel plaisir de se retrouver dans un beau et grand jardin avec une splendide terrasse ! La maison est spacieuse et fonctionnelle. La climatisation très appréciable à l’étage s’il fait chaud. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine même sur la semaine où le temps n’était pas au beau fixe.
La proximité de Rennes est pratique (gare et commerces notamment). Les sites à visiter sont également à environ une heure de route ce qui permet de découvrir différentes endroits sans faire trop de voiture.
Nous avons passé là-bas deux semaines agréables et reposantes entre nous ce qui était l’objectif recherché cette année.
L’accueil de Delphine et Mathieu était chaleureux et bienveillant. Merci à eux !
A recommander pour des vacances tranquilles en famille ou entre amis.
