Country setting, quiet, for this villa of 200m ² air-conditioned ensuring rest and relaxation, 10 minutes north of Porto-Vecchio and 5 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the bay of Saint Cyprien, while offering breathtaking views of the mountain of Ospedale.
It offers the advantage of the quiet of the countryside with the proximity of various shops (supermarkets 5 km, small seasonal business 2 km) and many summer activities.
The capacity is 8 people.
The villa has a private parking (3 cars) and 3 terraces of about 180 m2, with garden furniture.
An inground pool with rectangular overflow of 10 meters by 5 with salt filtration is at your disposal as well as deckchairs and a Mediterranean garden adorned with olive trees, citrons, jasmine, etc.
The villa is on 2 levels.
On the ground floor: a large living room / a bathroom with bath / a fitted kitchen / a bedroom with a bed 140 / a room with 3 single beds
Upstairs (outside staircase): a living room with American kitchen / a bathroom with shower / a room with bed 180 / a room with 2 single beds

1 west-facing terrace for breakfast
1 terrace facing East in front of the pool + barbecue
1 terrace upstairs

The owner lives in a wing of the adjoining and independent house.

Nous avons passé une super semaine. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et sont toujours présents pour les locataires.
La maison est très bien située et entretenue. Nous avons profité de l'espace extérieur tous les jours (terrasse, bbq, piscine). La piscine est juste extra!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa. Les lieux sont spacieux, fonctionnels et l'extérieur (où nous avons passé le plus clair de notre temps) est magnifique. Les propriétaires sont présents en cas de besoin, discrets et fort sympathiques.
