About this house rental
10 km north of Porto Vecchio, 5 minutes from the beaches of St Cyprien and Cala Rossa (5.5 km), 500 meters from the natural pools of the Oso, this delightful villa of 170m2 is composed of a living room of 40m2 opening on one level onto a terrace of 190m2, extended by a garden landscaped by a professional landscaper.
The parking at the back of the house allows the parking of 3 cars (carports, for 2 cars) electric gate.
All the rooms open directly onto the terrace and its swimming pool through floor-to-ceiling windows, extending the interior to the outside to create a single space.
Upon entering, the living room separates the villa into 2 bedroom spaces.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
This living room consists of a kitchen (very large capacity American fridge freezer, LV, oven, Micronde, induction cooking) with central island (cooking and dining area for 4 people), an adjoining pantry (and LL) making this space very friendly,
Facing the kitchen on the left a large dining room table for 10 people, on the right the living room (TV and Bose sound).
To the left of the living room a corridor leads to a guest toilet, a bathroom, 2 double bedrooms (bed 140) and a master suite (bed 160) with its dressing room, separate toilet and shower/sink.
To the right of the living room, the corridor leads to the second master suite (2 beds in 90 or 1 king bed in 180) with its dressing room, shower/sink/toilet attenante.Il there is an office with a 90 cm bed.

The swimming pool measures 12m X 4.5m or 54 m2. It is maintained by a professional swimming pool builder.

We had very nice holidays with children. The house is only 15 minutes by car from Porto-Vecchio and in the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, bakers and butchers. It is also only 15 minutes to the nearby beach of Pinarellu, which I can highly recommend.
The house has a very nice large pool and everything you need in everyday life. On the large plancha we could have a wonderful barbecue and the patio invites you to linger with a book.
Everything was very clean. Getting there was a bit complicated and we recommend simply sending Helene the coordinates of the house directly for check-in. She was a great hostess and always very friendly. She provided us with tips on what to do in the area.
We would come back.

The house is beautiful, sparkling clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable, and the location is ideal. Helene is incredibly kind, helpful, and generous with her time. We had a simply perfect stay at the property, and would love to return in the future.

Hélène la propriétaire a été absolument adorable. Très impliquée, réactive et concernée par notre bien -être.
La maison est extrémement agréable. Je n'avais jamais vu une location aussi bien équipée, rien ne manque.
L'emplacement est idéal car juste à côté de commerces de bouches de très bonnes qualité ainsi que des plus belles plages du coin.
Tous les équipements sont haut de gamme. La literie qui est comme le reste de la maison toute neuve était formidable.
La piscine ainsi que les extérieurs nous ont permis de passer de très bons moments.
A chacune de nos demandes Hélène est intervenue très très rapidement.
Nous recommandons chaudement Hélène et sa maison et souhaitons y retourner.

On a passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison. Il faisait très chaud donc on a apprécié la clim et la piscine.
Quartier très calme, boulangerie et Spar à 2 pas.
Parfaitement située pour les activités du sud de la Corse: Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio, plages de Santa Giulia et Palombaggia, Cavu, col de Bavella, etc...
La propriété est 100% conforme avec les photos.
