About this house rental
Brocade & Lime is a beautifully converted Victorian shop situated in the historic centre of Cork, Ireland. Accommodation includes a quirky shop lobby, spacious kitchen/diner with adjoining TV room. The property layout spans 4 floors and includes Champagne Bar, Billiards room, Mezzanine Parlour and Roof Terrace overlooking the river. Rooms are filled with antique furniture and take much of their inspiration from the Gilded age, Mid-Victorian and Belle Époque eras. We can comfortably accommodate 7 guests in 3 Bedrooms. WiFi/Smart TV/Bluetooth speakers throughout.
When requesting to stay in our home please let us know a small bit about your party… Who’s coming? Is it for business or leisure? A general age range also… As there are some stairs in the property that might not suit all ages. Our place is really an adult space - Children welcome but minimum age is 8 years old. No Parties/Functions/Events allowed.

My family and I (6 of us) stayed at this beautiful town house for a few nights for my husband’s 60th birthday. Brocade &Lime was the highlight of our trip to Cork. We particularly enjoyed the bar area with the pool table. The property is in the perfect location for all is to offer in Cork. Tom our host was very responsive with any queries

My family and I (6 of us) stayed at this gorgeous Victorian house for few nights . The attention to detail in the decor , the comfort , the location , everything!! was perfect Each area of the house has incredible character.Tom and Emma were available at all times.Highly recommended!

The hosts were very quick to respond and also obligingly helpful. One of the party said "we must mention the glasses in the review" so I will. The champagne bar was a fantastic element to the stay. There was every kind of glass there. Decent wine glasses, cocktail & martini.The roof top terrace was the icing on the cake. The sun shone for our stay and we spent our late afternoons and evenings there. The "theatre" room as also used once the sun went down.The kitchen had all we needed with filtered water, a coffee machine and milk frother to boot. Minutes walk to many shops, restaurants bars etc. Supermarket on the doorstep.Thank you to our hosts Thomas and Emma.We would hope to visit again.
