Patrick Street Townhouse

Beautifully presented, spotless clean, very well equipped with all you need, bed very comfortable and located right in the middle of town. Housekeeping kindly carried my suitcase up to my bedroom which was greatly appreciated. And an offer was made to arrange to carry it down on my departure. Now that to me is amazing hospitality. Thank you. I would recommend this great place to all who wish to have a holiday in comfort and style.

A bit noisy, which is out of the control of the property, as on a main street and there was building work going on next door.

Location was great! Beautifully renovated. Well equipped. Large room!

Found the top upstairs room smelled dusty. Washing solution bothered one guest with scent in comforter. Noise on street til early morning hours was challenging. Wear ear plugs.

The house is wonderful, you have three levels, kitchen is fully functional, tasteful decor. Very much recommended and if we return to Cork, we would definitely stay again.

If you have mobility issues the house would not be ideal as there are many stairs. But we lived it anyways.

The location is very central, and the decor is lovely. It looks as it does in the pictures. Very appreciated to have laundry facilities.

There was an odd smell in the apartment, either damp or old cigarettes (maybe coming through the walls?) For us, noise was a real problem. Even with the windows closed, we could hear the street outside all night (people talking, motors, MacDonalds getting restocked at 4am). It is a vertical townhouse, with steep stairs between levels - 4 levels in total. I also found it odd that I didn't receive the lock box code from the owner until I prompted him on the evening of check in. To note (and we were aware in advance), there is no parking and the 24hr rate at the nearest lot was 42euro a day.
