Patrick Street Townhouse

The house was lovely and in a great location. It was clean, comfortable and had great facilities. The host was very helpful and it was easy to find. We had a great stay & would happily recommend it

As it's on a main street it was quite noisy, nothing a pair of ear plugs wouldn't fix

The townhouse was perfect, exactly as described and very tastefully decorated. Very central location and in close proximity to the English market.

The location is very central, and the decor is lovely. It looks as it does in the pictures. Very appreciated to have laundry facilities.

There was an odd smell in the apartment, either damp or old cigarettes (maybe coming through the walls?) For us, noise was a real problem. Even with the windows closed, we could hear the street outside all night (people talking, motors, MacDonalds getting restocked at 4am). It is a vertical townhouse, with steep stairs between levels - 4 levels in total. I also found it odd that I didn't receive the lock box code from the owner until I prompted him on the evening of check in. To note (and we were aware in advance), there is no parking and the 24hr rate at the nearest lot was 42euro a day.
