About this house rental
Our apartment is ideal for a stay in Vicenza, a UNESCO heritage city.
It is located in the heart of the historic center along Corso Andrea Palladio, a street full of restaurants, cafés and shops of the most important fashion brands. The building that houses it is from the early 1900s, a few meters from two of Palladio's most famous masterpieces: the Olympic Theater and the Palladian Basilica. The apartment has been totally renovated and consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a French bed), two bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It is perfect for 4 people and elegantly furnished with references to Palladio and the Italian neoclassical period; each room is also equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The apartment is 50 kilometers from Verona airport and 60 from Venice airport. Thanks to its position it can be used as a starting point for your excursions to Padua, Venice and Verona.
We are in a pedestrian area, there are 2 public paid car parks less than 2 minutes' walk from the apartment. If you plan to arrive by train you can also reach us on foot as we are only 900 meters away from the station.
Tourist tax and security deposit (€ 100.00) to be paid cash on arrival at the property.
Each guest must present an identification document which will be registered according to the laws in force.

Marco was a great host! Very friendly and accommodating when we had questions. The bedrooms were comfortable and everything was clean. The kitchen had what we needed. We celebrated Christmas in Vicenza with our son and this apartment helped us feel at home. Thanks again!

This property was clean and had all the amenities that you need. It is in the heart of the city, with access to cafes, shops, and restaurants, all within walking distance. Marco went above & beyond meeting our expectations and concerns. Would definitely stay here again should our travels take us in that direction.
