We were welcomed with the best juice and warm smiles. We stayed only two nights but would have liked to stay longer! The room is comfortable and the property is conveniently located near all the restaurants but far enough to enjoy a peaceful night sleep.

Really good location, walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and the beach is 2 mins walk. The rooms were cosy, good value for money. The breakfast was delicious, we had something different every day. The staff were so friendly and attentive, would recommend anyone to stay here.
The only downside was that we had lots of ants in the bathroom but it didn’t affect our stay too much.

Property very charming with incredible team of people! Thanks again for the warmth welcome in Arugam Bay. Great breakfast and owner arranging for all the activities (surfing, safari, tuktuk, laundry). Very convenient! Location just next to the beach at the beginning of the Main Street of arugam bay.

The owner is really friendly and helpful, breakfast was ok. The location is a bit off from most restaurants but it's a 1 min walk to the beach. This part of the beach is rather quiet so we loved it. Wifi didn't work at all. Keep that in mind. We had the AC room and unfortunately that one was super small. The non AC rooms are much bigger.
