About this villa rental
Uphill Villa is a new 4-bedroom modern villa with 4 bathrooms, 1700 meters from the lovely sandy beach of Agia Marina, and 1200 meters from the nearest local tavern. It is situated on top of a small hill among olive groves with nice sea views, combining modern amenities with a peaceful environment. The town of Agia Marina offers anything you would like such as shops, cafes, restaurants, mini-markets, supermarkets, children playgrounds, pool bars and bars. A car is recommended for your holidays.
Uphill Villa (180 sq m) is surrounded by beautiful gardens and it offers a private swimming pool with a children area, barbecue facilities and a 9-hole mini golf course.
On the pool level, a spacious open plan living room area with a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a common bathroom with a bathtub are provided.
On the upper level, a twin bedroom with sea views and an en-suite shower bathroom, one twin bedroom with mountain views and an en-suite shower bathroom, and a double bedroom with sea views and an en-suite shower bathroom are offered.
The fully-equipped kitchen has a big electric oven with ceramic hobs, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker and kitchen utensils. The living room offers a CD player, a TV, a DVD player, home theater and a fireplace. It opens to a furnished wooden deck that has direct access to the swimming pool and overlooks the sea and the small island of Theodorou.

Beautiful views. Spacious and luxurious accommodations. So peaceful but still close to Agia Marina and Chania. I especially loved hearing the goats walk by with their tinkling bells! I truly felt a world away from my everyday life.
